From Luftflotte 4, Ic stamped 1830/10/5:-

 

Formations of Fliegerkorps (Rom) I protected loading operations on the Crimea and shot down 2 enemy a/c during convoy escort. On the (C% Mainland) strong forces of (Rom) I and Royal Rumanian Fliegerkorps (Rom) I supported our own attack W. of Butor (9879). 4 enemy a/c shot down. Bombers of Fliegerkorps VIII attacked Ostrov Railway Station (5061). G/A attacked concentrations and enemy movements in area of Tarnopol (point of main effort) and in front of XLII Army Corps. 8 enemy a/c shot down.

14 May 1944

From Luftflotte 4, (Roman) I, Ic on evening of 14/5:-

 

(Roman) I (smudge) Fliegerkorps protected Crimea convoys off our own coast and with G/A and A/TK G/A a/c supported defensive fighting west of Butor and south of Dubossary (main point of effort) 7 tanks, 22 vehicles, and several Arty and A/TK gun positions were destroyed. 6 tanks were damaged. 5 a/c shot down.

Rumanian fighter bombers attacked a bridge in Square 6855. VIII Fliegerkorps, hindered by weather conditions, was able to operate with only slight forces against enemy movements in the Tarnopol area.

In front of XI Army Corps A/TK G/A a/c knocked out 1 tank and effectively shot up 3 more.

G/A a/c of Auxiliary Staffel Ritter attacked guerrillas in the Zanosc area.
