From LN Station Hesepe to Luftgau XI QM/Engineer (smudge) Hamburg-Blankenese dated 13/11.

NOTE: Kommando Nowotny (derived from III./JG 6) is the only unit connected with that Geschwader which is known to have Me 262s. (Roman) II./JG 6 has been reported by Source as equipped with Fw 190 while (Roman) I./JG 6 equipment is unknown. The reference in this document to Hesepe and to Nowotny are in the present state of knowledge inconsistent with ADIFA 6.

These were all messages deciphered by the British Government Code and Cipher School. CX/MSS/R. 342 (C) and so on are British document serial numbers.

I have preserved most of the original text (including some apparent mistakes) but taken out a few made-up code words like GELIP (which meant Luftgau) which were included alongside a translation by the British intelligence officers. I've also put designations like 1./KG 51 into the now standard form.

Times are all GMT.
